Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Fun Management SRL, a company registered in Romania (“we”, “us”), covering your use of SignalTower at signaltower.ai and app.signaltower.ai. By creating an account you accept them.

What SignalTower does

SignalTower is an approval layer for AI-generated content: content is drafted by your agents or generated in-app, reviewed by a human, and — only after approval — handed off to your publishing tools or returned to your agent. SignalTower itself never publishes content without a human decision.

Your account

Keep your login email secure and your API keys secret; you are responsible for activity under your account and keys. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Your content

Everything you or your agents submit stays yours. You grant us the license needed to store, process, display, and transmit it — to run the service and nothing else. You are responsible for what you approve and publish: check AI-generated content before it ships (that is what SignalTower is for), and make sure you have the rights to any media you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SignalTower to:

• produce or distribute content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes others' rights;
• send spam or platform-manipulating content at scale;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or access other customers' data;
• resell the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per workspace, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Credit allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over; purchased credit packs never expire. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice — never retroactively.

AI output

AI-generated drafts, reviews, and plans are produced by third-party models and can be wrong, biased, or off-brand — that is why the product requires human approval. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI output; you decide what ships.

Service and liability

We run SignalTower with care but provide it “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, or discontinue the service with at least 90 days' notice, refunding any prepaid period we do not deliver.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes belong to the Romanian courts. If we change these terms materially we will note it here and update the date above; continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: support@funmanagement.ro.
