Questions

Before you start.

Which AI apps work with SignalTower?

Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI and any app that connects to a remote MCP server. Scripts and tools like n8n or Make use the REST API. You connect once, sign in, and the app works in your workspace as you, with your role.

Does my AI need a key or a paid plan?

Use the plan you already have with your AI app; some apps only allow connections like this on their paid plans. On SignalTower's side, what your AI makes is included on both plans and doesn't count toward your plan's posts.

What can my AI do here, and what can't it?

It reads your brand, plans, writes, adds images, fixes notes, moves posts, drafts replies and reads your analytics, as you and with your role. It approves, publishes or takes a post down only if you allow it, and only when you say yes in the chat. It never spends your credits.

Can anything go out without me?

No. Every post goes out on a person's yes, given in SignalTower or to your own AI in the chat, and recorded as yours. After the yes you can still pause it, change it, or take it down once it's out (on most networks).

Do I need my own AI?

No. SignalTower's own agent plans, writes and designs from day one, on every plan. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another app whenever you want them on the calendar too.

Does it work for agencies?

Yes. Each client gets a workspace with its own brand, calendar and plan, and clients approve their own posts in the same place. The agency plan is white label: it all runs under your own brand and domain, on one bill, and one AI connection can reach every client.

How does the trial work?

Either plan is free for 7 days, with 50 credits, 10 posts and 2 publishing accounts. We ask for a card up front, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends.

What's a credit?

Credits pay for images and video (a standard image is 4, a premium one 12, a standard 8-second video 40) and for the strongest writing models when you pick one (Opus 5.5 is 2 a message). You see the cost before anything is made. Posts and revisions on the standard models, and your own AI apps' work, don't use credits.

Can I keep the scheduler I already use?

Yes. On both plans approved posts can go to your scheduler. Or let SignalTower publish them: Standard includes 5 accounts, Studio 10.

Which languages can it write in?

The languages your audiences read. You set them per workspace, per audience and per post, and each post is written for that market in your brand's voice, with replies drafted in the commenter's language.

Your AI already writes the posts. Give it a place to work.

Connect the AI you already use, bring your team, and nothing goes out without your yes.
