Who we are

SignalTower is operated by Fun Management SRL, a company registered in Romania (“we”, “us”). We provide an approval layer for AI-generated content at signaltower.ai and app.signaltower.ai. For anything in this policy, contact us at support@funmanagement.ro.

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address, used to sign you in (one-time codes — we never store passwords) and to send the notifications you enable.
• Workspace content. The content, media, brand context, feedback, and settings you or your connected agents put into SignalTower. This is your data; we process it only to provide the service.
• Billing data. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we keep your plan, invoices, and any company details you add for invoicing.
• Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, requests) kept for security and debugging.

The marketing website you are reading now sets no tracking cookies. The app uses cookies strictly for keeping you signed in.

How we use it

To run the service: showing your review queue, dispatching webhooks you configure, generating drafts when you ask for them, sending the email notifications you enable, and billing your subscription. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

When you use in-app generation or AI review, the relevant content and brand context are sent to our AI providers to produce the result you requested — that is the extent of it.

Who processes it for us

We use a small set of processors to run SignalTower:

• Hetzner (Germany) — application hosting
• Supabase (EU region) — database, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email
• OpenRouter — AI model access for in-app generation and review
• Cloudflare — DNS and network security
• Inngest — background job scheduling

Retention and deletion

Your data stays as long as your account does. Delete a workspace and its content goes with it; ask us to delete your account and we remove your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. Email support@funmanagement.ro and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here and update the date above. Continued use of SignalTower after a change means you accept the updated policy.
